Our converted country farmhouse is located in a delightful rural setting only 9 km from Rothenburg ob der Tauber.
Although the farmhouse itself dates from the 19th century the guest house addition was constructed some years ago in traditional Franconian half-timber style. Trough-out the house we used only non-allergenic materials such as massive timbers, ceramic tiles, oak furniture etc. and we do not permit pets and smoking.
Quiet enjoyment of your stay is guaranteed as there are no other guests.
Free Wi-Fi is at your disposal. All rooms are fitted out with flyscreens.
The accomodation has a living space of 85 sqm and includes:
Ground floor
Entrance with wardrobe, coatstand and a separate storeroom.
Washroom with washing machine, tumble drier, washstand, iron and ironing board.
First floor
Sitting-/dining room with upholstery and corner seating unit, sattelite TV.
Kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave/grill/oven, refrigerator with freezer.
Bathroom with double washbasin, shower, toilet, hair drier.
Small bedroom with 1 single bed (100 x 200 cm).
2nd floor
1 bedroom with 2 beds (100 x 200 cm), if you wish we put them together to a double bed (200 x 200 cm).
1 bedroom with 2 beds (90 x 190 cm), low.
Bathroom with washbasin, shower, toilet, hair drier.
The house is completely equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery, kitchenware, coffee maker, water cooker, toaster.
On arrival the beds are prepared and towels are provided.
Babies and young children are catered for with extra beds, high chair, changing unit and wireless baby monitor.
The farmhouse is set in 1 hectar of land and is completely fenced. Here you are sure to find somewhere your favourite corner for playing, reading or relaxing.
